Cup of coffee

As we pass along on our journey, one of the best methods to ensure that we can hit our goal is to create habits, schedules, and routines.  The predictability of these approaches is foundational to getting done what it is we need to be done.  The less that we have to think about what it is we have to do the better our compliance and follow-through.  We create a plan, outline the details, and then set the schedule.  From there it is all about execution and we all know that while there are a lot of potential distractions we have to resist.  And when all else fails we can connect our goals to establish habits that can trigger our follow-through.  Drink a morning coffee, go for a run.  It is this kind of approach that can make it all work when we need just that bit of push.  Drink up!
