We do know how to get caught up in what we do. Goal setting has a way of doing that. And we like it. Yet it seems that from time to time we can get stuck, in a rut, even if it is a good rut and our progress slows and can even flat line. After much trying, we realize that a break in the pattern is required to wake our senses, to get us back on track and progressing again. It can be a simple distraction, something that takes our focus and moves it elsewhere. A distraction is a good low-risk way to allow a reset and from there we can get at it, on the path to better, and then maybe even another distraction at some point in the future, yes indeed!
